Accuracy of Information
Although Shreadsoft Ltd will endeavour to ensure that all the product information on the site is accurate, neither Shreadsoft Ltd, their employees, directors or any other representatives of the company will be liable for damages of any kind that arise out of or in connection with the use of the site.Product names, descriptions, prices and availability are intended to be correct, unfortunately mistakes can occur therefore product information, prices and availability is subject to change without notice.
Please note that whilst we take great care to ensure accurate descriptions are used for the products on the site, many of the products are hand made from natural materials and therefore their colour and composition may differ slightly from that shown on the site.
We aim to keep all products in stock at all times but due to the nature of the products being imported or hand-made means that occasionally there will be breaks in supply which will result in some products showing as "Out of Stock".
Your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Shreadsoft Ltd, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of dispatch' sent to the email account you specify when ordering. This will be sent once your order has been successfully picked and stock levels can be checked. We reserve the right to remove from sale any items that have been priced incorrectly on the site.
In the event of an item being out of stock you have the right to choose either to wait for it to arrive back in stock, or to cancel your order.
These terms and conditions will not be varied except when Shreadsoft Ltd make changes to them on the site, which we may do on occasion. Nothing said by representatives of Shreadsoft Ltd operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from BuyFashionJewelley.com1) You will receive an emailed confirmation that we have received your order.
2) We will send an email to confirm dispatch of your purchase, usually within 1-2 days of your order being processed.
Property

UK Standard Delivery
We send our packages by Royal Mail 1st Class, costing £1.95 per order. We endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you in 2 to 5 working days. Orders for over £40 receive FREE UK Standard Delivery.UK Next Day Delivery
If you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays), you will receive your purchase the next day if using UK Next Day Delivery. Costing £5.95 per order, we send packages via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service requires a signature on receipt of the parcel. Orders for over £100 receive FREE UK Next Day Delivery.Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed after 1pm will be send the following working day. If you live in the Highlands and Island your delivery may take longer - please check www.RoyalMail.com for more information.
Europe & R.O.I.
We use Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail service, costing £4.95. We endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you in 3 to 5 working days.Rest of the World
We use Royal Mail International Signed For service, costing £9.95 and requiring a signature on receipt of the package. We endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you in 5 to 7 working days.Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged when a parcel arrives in it's destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Contact your local customs office for further information on charges.Packaging
We use bubble-pouches and attempt to keep packaging to a minimum, whilst providing sufficient protection to your purchase.Missing Deliveries
Once you have received your "Delivery Dispatched" email, if you have not received your delivery within the timeframe shown below please contact us.Note: These dates are from the "Delivery Dispatched" email date, not when you placed your order and are working days - they do not include weekends and bank holidays.

For International delivery your package will be handled by more than one postal service, with the final responsibility for delivery being with your local postal service. Delays of 1 to 2 weeks can also be caused by customs checks.
If your parcel is delivered to your place of work you may find that it has been signed for or received by a colleague. In this case you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.RoyalMail.com) by completing a signature request form. Please note that we will not refund or replace items as lost when they are tracked as being delivered. For this reason we recommend that you choose a secure address as your delivery address.
BuyFashionJewellery.com cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

To ensure your credit, debit or charge card is not being used fraudulently, PayPal will validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.All payments must be received and authorised before a delivery will be made.
During the checkout process you will automatically be redirected to a secure fully encrypted PayPal website where you will be asked for your credit card details, in order to complete the purchase transaction. We do not hold any Credit Card details on our website, nor do we have access to the details that you provided to PayPal.

Returns Policy
We operate a strict 14 day returns policy, with items of pierced jewellery being non returnable (unless faulty). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original (unworn) condition. We must receive the returned items within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued within 28 days of us receiving the item(s).Faulty goods should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that you must notify us in advance that you are returning an item to us and why. We do not accept unauthorised returns.
When you do return an item it is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you return the item using a delivery service that provides insurance that covers the cost of the goods. The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. Please include your original delivery note with your returned parcel to speed up refund process.
We will not refund for items that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or have obvious signs of abuse.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the items.
Extended Returns Period at Christmas
Any order that is intended as a present at Christmas can be exchanged up to the 14th January providing the usual criteria have been satisfied. Refunds will not be entertained outside of the standard terms.Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Consumers have the right to a cooling-off period of seven working days once you have received your purchase, during which you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
